So what could be more obvious than sharing my two passions with you?
Over the last 25 years, I have had the chance to open 3 restaurants, discover the variety of French vineyards and specialize in the art of wine service and Oenology, with the aim of always giving the best advice and to satisfy my customers.
For several years now, I have been an advisor to catering and tourism professionals. My specialty is definitely wine and the pleasure of sharing it.
At sea, I will be your guide, guaranteeing your safety all in a very relaxed atmosphere! Long live responsible wine tourism!
My career
Over the years, I have had the opportunity to open three restaurants, each reflecting my love of food and wine. This adventure allowed me to dive deep into the French vineyard, specializing in the art of wine service and enology. Every glass served, every bottle chosen was the result of my dedication to offering the best to my customers.
My Mission Today
My trip naturally led me towards a role as advisor for catering and tourism professionals. Wine is my specialty, and the pleasure of sharing it is my credo. Whether in a bustling restaurant or on calm waters during a boat tasting, I am committed to providing an unforgettable experience, while ensuring the highest quality of service.
